Last updated: June 17, 2026

GlassDesk (“GlassDesk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a customer-support and team-collaboration platform, including the GlassDesk web dashboard and the GlassDesk mobile app (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. GlassDesk is a business tool used by organizations and their staff to manage support tickets, live chat, and internal messaging.

Information we collect

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How information is shared

Your content is visible to authorized members of your organization as needed to operate the Service (for example, support agents handling a ticket). We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, solely to run the Service:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of GlassDesk, our customers, or the public.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your organization’s account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your organization’s administrators can request deletion of account data.

Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and optional two-factor verification for sign-ins from new locations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Because GlassDesk is provided to you through your organization, please direct requests to your organization’s administrator, or contact us at the address below and we will work with your organization to honor your request. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

Children’s privacy

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

International users

GlassDesk operates in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries with different data- protection laws than your own.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
